The ROUND function

Returns a number rounded to a specified number of digits after the decimal place.

For example

=ROUND(2.15, 1) returns 2.2

Syntax

ROUND(number,num_digits)
  • ​number - Required. The number that you want to round.
  • num_digits - Required. The number of digits to which you want to round the number argument.

 

Note

In Excel, a formatted cell will always overwrite the formatting of the ROUND() function in your tags. To use the formatting you set in your Tag, be sure the Excel cell format is set to 'General' or matches the format of the ROUND() function.
